Volunteers honoured the memory of fallen scout Andrei Shershen by upgrading of sniper guns
On July 29, 2014, during performing of combat task near the town Snizhnе, Donetsk region, a deputy commander of reconnaissance group of Special Forces Sergeant Shershen Andrii Oleksiiovych was killed.
Andrii Shershen was not only a professional in military sphere but he was a good comrade, sportsman and talented instructor on snipe.
In memory of fallen scout, volunteers upgraded and added six sniper guns to the separate regiment of Special Forces of Ukraine where he served.
According to the results of upgrading, it was renewed main parts and mechanisms of rifles as well as they were equipped with the modern rear sights and devices of noiseless firing.
We sincerely thank patriots for help; we believe and know that memory about Andrii Shershen will remain in the hearts of many invaders as a lead.
