Was appointed by the Decree of the President of Ukraine no. 308/2020, dated by August 5, 2020

Head of the Intelligence Committee under the President of Ukraine (2022).

Head of the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War (2022).

He was involved in sports scuba diving and underwater orienteering.

Since 2007, in the ranks of the Military Intelligence of Ukraine.

Got military education at the Odesa Institute of Land Forces (2007).

Graduated from Yevhenii Berezniak Military Diplomatic Academy (2022).

Entered the Postgraduate Studies of Ostroh Academy on specialty “Political Science” (2023-2024).

Graduated from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School course “Strategic Architect” (2024).

Doctor Honoris Causa of the Kyiv School of Economics (2024). The degree was awarded for his achievements in the development of Ukrainian statehood, protection of the Ukrainian nation and strategic cooperation with educational and scientific institutions.

Since the beginning war of russia against Ukraine, in 2014 he took part in combat operations against the russian aggressor in the east of Ukraine, special operations of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, including in the territory of the occupied Crimea. He was engaged in operative intelligence activity.

In 2020, he held the position of Deputy Director of Department of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.

He was wounded three times in battle. A full holder of the Order “For Courage”.

According to a Decree of the President of Ukraine, dated by 8 February 2024 No. 57/2024, awarded with the “Golden Star” Order of Hero of Ukraine for personal courage and heroism displayed in the protection of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, selfless service to the Ukrainian people.
