Military Intelligence of Ukraine Has Identified Russian War Criminals

According to the military intelligence of Ukraine, the servicemen of the rocket battalion of the 18th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade took part in hostilities in the territory of our state. This brigade is located in Khankala town (military unit no. 27777) and in 2017 was reorganized into 71st Motorized Regiment of the 42nd division of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces.

Since 2012, Artur Basyrov served under contract in a reconnaissance unit of the 18th Brigade. Since January 2014, he was a serviceman in the command platoon of the rocket battalion of the same brigade.
