The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Holds an International Conference with Participation of Analysts from the Great Britain, Canada, the United States and Ukraine

Joint Intelligence Assessment of hostile state activity in modern conditions provided by defence intelligence services of participant-nations concluded the event

Welcoming the participants of the event, the Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Colonel General Vasyl BURBA noted the following:

“We are really glad that Kyiv is the place where an International Analytical Conference with participation of defence intelligence Services from the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Canada and Ukraine is being held.

This is a special honour for us because these are the very nations that support and assist our state the most in the course of countering Russian aggression.

This also is a special challenge for the analysts of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine. Because working together with Canadian, British and American experts always means new ideas, thoughts and points of view on things that, through many years, have been in the scope of our intelligence assessments.”

In the course of the event that lasted for two days, representatives of analytical entities of defence intelligence services of four countries worked jointly on a broad range of issues. Over 50 analysts, working in subject groups, studied the current state and development tendencies of security situation in Europe, in the world and around Ukraine, exchanged experiences regarding forms and methods of information analysis, and defined guidelines for future cooperation.
