Ukraine Is Proud of You!
On March 14, 2014, more than five hundred of first volunteer fighters in a short span of time abandoned their affairs and turned from students and scientists, businessmen and workers, doctors and artists to professional soldiers. Combining a deep professionalism and extremely personal courage, without hesitation for a moment, warriors of the volunteer battalions engaged in battle against the Russian occupation troops. Aggressor’s attack was stopped by cost of lives of thousands of the best sons and daughters of Ukraine.
Today, former volunteer units are integrated into the Armed Forces of Ukraine or the National Guards of Ukraine. Hundreds of volunteer fighters, having gained a unique combat experience, continue serving in units of the military intelligence of Ukraine. They are well-trained, well-armed and well-equipped. They strive for peace but make efforts every day to liberate native country from the occupants.
Employees of the military intelligence of Ukraine congratulate all Ukrainian volunteer fighters on the holiday. We never forget your feat. We thank you for your selfless feat and service for Homeland.
