Reconnaissance men from the 74th separate reconnaissance battalion celebrate their anniversary

During the holding of anti-terrorist operation, the warriors of battalion distinguished themselves by numerous deeds

The representatives of the command of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Operational Command “East”, the Tactical Forces “Mariupol”, clergy, volunteers, friends and families of the servicemen as well as the veterans of battalion came to congratulate the reconnaissance men.

“I remember well how in October of 2014, the volunteers of battalion take up to perform tasks in Donetsk airport. You perform many combat tasks, reconnaissance tasks, you bring many beneficial results to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. You have many things to proud yourselves on and everyone of you is able to do that for what you were trained, – to defend Ukraine and the Ukrainian people. I bow head before every perished servicemen of the battalion and thank everyone. May the God and destiny help you. We believe in the victory of Ukraine over the treacherous, malicious enemy but the definitely defeated one in the future”, – the Chief of Staff of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Lieutenant General Serhii Naiev in his congratulatory speech.

In the course of festivities, the best servicemen of the battalion received awards, certificate of merits, military ranks and honorary weapons.
