Dear colleagues, combat sworn brothers!
I sincerely congratulate you on the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine!
Twenty eighth June, 1996, came down for perpetuity in the recent history of the Ukrainian people as an act of manifestation of its high will and centuries-old desire to live in a united, democratic, social and legal state.
Independence and sovereignty, legally enshrined in the Basic Law of Ukraine, that were yet defined in 1710 by Pylyp Orlyk in the first Ukrainian Constitution, today have been become at risk of the Russian aggressor, striving in every way and insidious methods to prevent the entry of Ukraine into the European family.
According to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko: “The patriotic spirit of our people, their strength and striving for freedom were, are and remain unconquerable."
In time of severe tests, a hope for a better future of our country lives in the heart of every Ukrainian. I am confident, we each have the strength to build a civilized society, where will be dominate humanity, democracy, law and justice.
I wish you steadfast faith in our Victory, optimism and inspiration, inexhaustible life force, good health, happiness, well-being and further success in protecting of state’s national interests!
Glory to Ukraine!
