Dear colleagues, combat sworn brothers!

Please except my sincere congratulations on the New Year 2017 and Christmas!

These wonderful winter holidays are an embodiment of kindness and joy, they unite all Ukrainian people. The shining Christmas star creates the feeling of a warm hearth, fills hearts with love to neighbors and faith in the peaceful future each of us dreams of.

Combat actions are still unfolding in the East of Ukraine, but the spirit of our people, our strength and our aspiration for liberty are unconquerable. They will not subdue to the enemy. We greet the New Year with optimism and confidence in our Victory.

The military intelligence consolidated all efforts, increased its capabilities and asymmetrically responds to external threats, demonstrating its ability to act, effectiveness and powerful potential.

I am grateful to the DIU workforce for their considerable contribution to the protection of Ukraine’s national interests, their high civic awareness, distinguished service and selfless work.

I sincerely wish you and your families good health, happiness, peace, good spirit and welfare.

May 2017 become a year of our new victories and achievements in the name of Ukraine!
