Dear colleagues, combat friends!

Please except my sincere congratulation to you on the Day of the Defender of Ukraine!

This is a holiday of courage and heroism, military traditions and strengthening a patriotic spirit, a holiday of those for whom the fate of our state is not indifferent, for whom the protection of Ukraine is a matter of honour.

On the Day of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary the Ukrainian people just like at the time of Zaporizhzhia Sich and UPR's Army honour the national Army. Legendary deeds and victories of our glorious ancestors helps us to feel ourselves an integral part of a glorious and unconquerable people with difficult centuries-old history and deep origins.

Today, we continue protecting a native land and establishing our state. The Russian occupation is an agony of the empire that has neither historical, nor political prospects. We are strong, we are not broken! And we are moving ahead!

I thank the whole DIU workforce for significant contribution in protection of Ukraine, patriotism and high professionalism.

Memory about comrades in arms, who gave their lives for liberty, independence and European future of Ukraine, will remain forever in our hearts.

I wish all of you good health, inexhaustible energy, indomitable spirit, family comfort as well as further successes and achievements for the sake of security and prosperity of our state.
