Dear colleagues, combat sworn brothers!
On November 21, the Ukrainians celebrates the Day of Dignity and Freedom all over the world honouring the true patriots who in autumn of 2004 and 2013 rose to fight against the authority and its regime. Having united, they stood shoulder to shoulder to protect their rights and the future of our state.
“Only the one worthy of life and freedom who comes every day for their sake to fight”, – a German well-known poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe wrote.
Over many centuries, the enemies attempted to annihilate our freedom-loving nation. The dignity of those who called themselves the Ukrainians drowned in blood, starved, froze out in the camps of Siberia, understanding that the nation couldn’t exist without dignity. But our spirit of freedom and self-respect has never extinguished and nobody has done it!
The Revolution of Dignity examined the ability our people to protect their main achievements for which not only one generation of our compatriots fought, – freedom and independence, as well as demonstrated his fidelity and ardent love to Ukraine. This test we stood with dignity.
We always remember the Heavenly Hundred Heroes who by the cost of their lives inspired confidence in each of us that Ukrainian nation was, is and will be. We understand that the memory about people of high dignity – is a basis of our future life.
In this remarkable for Ukraine day, I wish you good health, peace, family harmony and success in joint building of free, independent, powerful European state!
Glory to Ukraine!
