In addition, 35,000 'rosghvardiya' troops are deployed in the temporarily occupied Ukrainian lands, which support the occupation regime.

Vadym Skibitskyi, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, said this in an interview for the podcast "(Un)Safe Country" on Ukrainska Pravda.

“Such a number of troops on our territories allows the russians to rotate: to withdraw those units that have lost their combat capability ― where the number of personnel is less than 50% ― to the rear areas. And after restoration and replenishment, they return to the front line,” noted Vadym Skibitskyi.

He also provided data on the amount of russian ammunition and the capabilities of the russian military-industrial complex.
