Graduates of military higher educational institutions’ Class of 2014 arrived to the intelligence command and control bodies and military units
During last week, graduation ceremonies for students and cadets of military higher educational institutions of Ukraine took place.
The representatives of leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, different branch of government and clergymen, friends and family members of servicemen took part in holiday events.
The President of Ukraine – Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, having attended the graduation ceremony for officers at operational and strategic and operational and tactical levels at National Defence University of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniahovskyi, addressed to the audience and, in particular, underscored:
Nowadays, the whole world has looked at us, and our goal is to demonstrate that we are able to surmount the enemy in such war and we are able to usher in peace on Ukrainian land. And as a result, I’m sure that we will receive new, extremely mobilized and cohesive army with experience not only in combat action but with the experience of victories. And this will be an example for countries – what to do when we face the aggression.
I believe in you, dear generals, officers, graduates! Whole Ukrainian people and I lay our hopes on you. And I’m sure, I know, we will be proud of you! Glory to Ukraine!”
