Help Stop the Terror Against Civilians: DIU Calls on Employees of Microelectronics Manufacturers to Report Sanctions Evasion Schemes

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine calls on employees of companies manufacturing dual-use goods, logistics and trading businesses, as well as anyone with information about illicit supply channels used to deliver foreign-made components for russian weapons production, to share relevant information with Ukraine’s military intelligence through the secure and anonymous Main Intelligence Bot.

In the past week alone, russian terrorist strikes on Ukrainian cities have killed more than 100 Ukrainian civilians. More than 400 others, including children, have been injured.

Residential buildings, passenger buses, shopping and business centers, schools — russian weapons bring death to places where people live, work and study.

Despite international sanctions, enterprises within russia’s military-industrial complex continue to procure Western electronics and technologies essential to the production of modern weapons.

To do so, the aggressor state relies on networks of intermediaries, shell companies, and supply chains routed through third countries.

If you have information about russia’s sanctions evasion schemes, you can share it with the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine securely and confidentially through the following channels:

DIU is seeking information on shell companies and intermediary firms; foreign suppliers of dual-use goods and microelectronics; transportation routes and transit countries used to move these goods; and russian enterprises purchasing foreign-made products for weapons manufacturing.

Even a single piece of information can help map an entire supply chain, expose those involved in sanctions evasion, and cut off russia’s access to technologies it uses to terrorize Ukraine’s civilian population.
