The representative of the intelligence service of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry took part in the programme “Polygraph”. During the programme, Vadym Skibitskyi told listeners about the evidence of Russian troops participating in the combat actions on the territory of Ukraine, about the work of the intelligence officers, as well as answered questions of radio listeners.
