The process of recruiting militants to the terrorist organizations of the so-called “LNR” and “DNR” was described in the “Donbas. Realities” programme.

Representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Vadym Skibitskyi emphasized that all the measures related to the recruitment of militants to the armed formations of the so-called “LNR” and “DNR”, as well as the drills on the prompt mobilization of the local population of occupied Donbas, are carried out under the strict control of servicemen from the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
