In an interview for Radio “Maria”, Father Kostiantyn Kholodov, the Head of the Military Chaplaincy Service of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, spoke about the importance of spiritual strength during the armed struggle against the russian occupants.

“Weapons are only a part of war. The basis is the spirit that is inside the army. If you take a unit, arm it with the most modern weapons, but it does not have a fighting spirit, it will not be able to fight,” said the chaplain.

According to him, the power of the spirit is inseparably linked to the will and aspirations of a person.
