Recently, reports have been circulating in the russian and belarusian mass media about the alleged preparation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to hit strikes on objectives in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. Among such objectives, the ‘Volha 1’ missile attack warning system station is mentioned as one of the priority targets.

The Public Affair Service of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine is authorized to state that such messages are a component of the system of information and psychological operations conducted by the russian federation with the aim of involving the Republic of Belarus in the war of aggression in the territory of Ukraine and concealing war crimes, committed and those that continue being committed by the russian invaders in the territory of Ukraine.

Respectively, such publications are completely untrue. The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue defending our country against the invaders, strictly observing the norms of international law.
