On November 15th The Government of Ukraine adopted the Resolution “On Amendments to the Procedure for Allocation and Payment of One-Time Cash Assistance in case of death, disability or partial disability without the establishment of disablement of servicemen, military obligated personnel and reservists who are called for training (or verification check) and special meetings or for service in the military reserve”.

The aforementioned decree, developed by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, regulates the payment of one-time cash assistance by harmonizing the norms of the Procedure for the appointment and payment of one-time cash assistance in the above-mentioned cases with the Law of Ukraine № 2004-VIII (dated April 6, 2017) “On amendments to some laws of Ukraine on improving the level of social protection of servicemen and their families”.
