Volunteers of the British-Ukrainian society "Driving Ukraine" have handed over an armored Land Rover Snatch to the DIU servicemen. The vehicle was provided within the framework of the charity initiative "Driving Ukraine," which has supported Ukrainian defenders with high-quality vehicles from the UK and worldwide for three years.

"This car is in excellent condition - it has only 18 thousand kilometers of mileage. It is based on the Land Rover Defender, but the good news is that it is fully armored from the bottom, top, and sides. All we need to do is install an electronic warfare device. It will be the best vehicle for small sabotage and reconnaissance groups," said volunteer Maksym Sosliuk.

British volunteer Finn Watt reminded us that many people in the UK support Ukraine.

"We have hundreds of thousands behind us who help us bring these vehicles here. Thanks to this cooperation, our countries are getting stronger," Finn said.

Finn Watt said that the armored SUV handed over to the scouts was racing on the Formula 1 track in Silverstone a few days ago.

"The community supporting us allowed us to drive this and 11 similar vehicles on the legendary Silverstone circuit, where Formula 1 races have been held since 1950. It was very, very cool. We glued orange ribbons to the car's sides to make it look like a McLaren. But now this car will take part in a slightly different race," said Finn.

The Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov, personally expressed his gratitude for the help, presenting the volunteers with a symbolic thank you note and a coin as a souvenir and autographing the British flag, which will return to Foggy Albion as a memorable artifact.
