In a radio interception obtained by Ukrainian intelligence, residents of the Belhorod region of Russia discuss looting conducted by Russian soldiers who steal farm equipment and even shoes from villagers.

A local man is also outraged by an order to pay for gas consumed by the Russian military, who have expelled the villagers and occupied their homes.

“They kicked us out of houses and are forcing us to pay. We don't live there - what are we going to pay for? F*ck them,” said a resident of Belgorod region.
