As it goes in an article, the Ukrainian Aviation Production Company “SKYETON” developed a modernized unmanned aerial vehicle ACS-3 that has been used at the Air Forces of Ukraine since July 2019.
The updated ACS-3M system received a new, very economical and reliable Japanese injector engine, new software, and the ability to install a new payload – a small radar.
Thanks to the new engine, it was possible to increase the flight altitude of the UAV and to make the control of this system more convenient for an operator.
It is also informed that Skyeton is preparing an upgraded UAV ACS-3M for state tests and the adoption of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
