War & Sanctions: DIU and the CCD Publish a New List of russian Propagandists Supporting the War and Occupation
January 7, 2026

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Center for Countering Disinformation, has published information on eleven russian public figures in the “Kremlin Mouthpieces” section of the War & Sanctions portal.

Actors, singers, theater and ballet performers, producers, and composers — all of them are united by their open support for the putin regime, russia’s war against Ukraine, and the occupation of Ukrainian territories.

  • Among those listed are:
  • • sergey bezrukov — a russian actor, director, film producer, and singer who is part of the so-called “agit-brigades” formed to perform in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to “boost the morale” of russian troops participating in the war;
  • • viktoria tsyganova — a russian singer, actress, and composer, known for performing the song “Wagner,” which became the unofficial anthem of the Wagner PMC, as well as “Truba,” a song dedicated to one of the russian army’s operations in Ukraine.

The current update also includes yekaterina mizulina, a member of the Public Chamber of the russian federation and head of the so-called “Safe Internet League,” who advocates for restrictions on freedom of speech in russia and actively promotes kremlin propaganda narratives and disinformation regarding the war against Ukraine.

As of today, the “Kremlin Mouthpieces” section of the War & Sanctions portal contains profiles of 161 russian propagandists who justify russia’s aggression and war crimes, support violence, disseminate Kremlin narratives, and seek to influence public opinion across different regions of the world.

Their voices, activities, and public platforms must be barred from the civilized world.

The joint work of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and the Center for Countering Disinformation continues.
