The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, has updated the "kremlin Mouthpieces" section on the War & Sanctions portal.

Sixteen new individuals have been added to the database for consistently working in the interests of russian state propaganda — spreading disinformation, legitimizing russia's aggression against Ukraine, and raising funds for the russian military.

The newly identified propagandists include kremlin media journalists, war correspondents, creators of fake "documentary films," and administrators of pro-russian Telegram channels. Among them:

• olga kiriy – RT Documentary journalist and author of propaganda films such as Azovstal (2022), I Accuse Fascism (2025), and Ukraine's Toxic War.
• sergey georgiev, a War correspondent for RIA Novosti Crimea, was appointed the so-called "ombudsman of Kherson region" to facilitate the region's illegal "integration" into russia.
• renat shavlo (alias georgiy medvedev) – Longtime russian propagandist and war reporter, active since 2014 in promoting and justifying russian aggression. He runs the Telegram channel Notes by Medvedev and authored the books Mariupol: The Right to Truth and The Military Road: Horlivka, Yasynuvata, Shebekino.
• pavel kukushkin – War correspondent embedded with the russian armed group "Pyatnashka" and author of the Telegram channel Were You There?
• Administrators of the Telegram channel "Archangel of Special Forces" – Members of russia's 45th Airborne Special Forces Brigade, including serviceman yevgeniy zhulyidov and his associates: tevgeniy aleynik, tatyana aksyonenko, and alesya lyankevich.

This is the seventh update to the "kremlin Mouthpieces" section since its launch in late 2024. It now includes profiles of 136 individuals involved in the kremlin's information war.

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine reiterates that every war crime committed against the Ukrainian people will be met with just retribution.
