War&Sanctions: Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Exposes 21 russian Enterprises Involved in UAV Production for the War Against Ukraine
February 9, 2026

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine has published information on 21 russian enterprises involved in the development and production of unmanned aerial systems used by the aggressor state in its war against Ukraine.

The update includes, among others:

  • LLC “Agency for Digital Development” — a developer and manufacturer of the Svarog line of cargo UAVs, which were used by enemy naval infantry units to supply occupation forces on islands in the Dnipro River delta in Kherson Oblast;
  • Enterprises of the “Aero-Hit” group — developers and manufacturers of Veles FPV drones, owned by the so-called russian senator from the temporarily occupied Kherson Oblast, Konstantin Basyuk, and funded from the russian state budget;
  • Design Bureau “Mikrob” — developer of the Mikrob series of FPV drones, as well as JSC “Ploshchad”, which produces autopilot and machine-vision systems for these UAVs.

Some of the information published in this update was provided by participants of the international War & Sanctions hackathon, organized by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine last year.

The listed enterprises must be added to the blacklists of responsible businesses, financial institutions, and export control authorities in countries of the free world.

More than half of these companies remain unsanctioned by any member of the sanctions coalition, allowing the aggressor state to continue obtaining technologies, components, and financing without restriction.

Sanctions pressure on the aggressor and enforcement of existing restrictive measures must be significantly strengthened.

The combat experience currently gained by the russian army and its defense manufacturers on the battlefield in Ukraine may be used in the future by russia and its allies — including Iran and North Korea — in new wars against the civilized world.
