Doctor of Historical Sciences Heorhii Kasianov said it during a meeting with the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine’s workforce. In particular, Professor Kasianov noted that adoption of a state-legal act, aimed at ensuring the national interests of the Ukrainian people, became a breakthrough at that time, and it was only one of the stages of struggle for independence of the Ukrainian nation that is lasting up to now.

The workforce of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine honoured the memory of author of the Declaration, renowned fighter for the Ukrainian statehood, of Levko Lukianenko, and noted that his work – is a model of tolerance and wisdom, virtue that are belonging to the whole Ukrainian nation.

Also, during meeting with the scientist, intelligence officers shared their hopes that during protecting state’s territorial integrity and, at the same time, development of peaceful spheres of life every Ukrainian will apply utmost efforts in work – as they are acting today on front and just as the Hero of Ukraine Levko Lukianenko lived.
