Filtration measures and repressions against the local population are intensifying in the temporarily occupied Enerhodar. The occupation authority was unable to achieve a minimum level of loyalty and is widely using harassment, abduction and blackmail.
A special unit of the russian guard additionally arrived in the town to conduct filtration measures. With the help of collaborators, lists of "unreliable" are compiled, which include former servicemen, veterans of the anti-terrorist operation, employees of law enforcement agencies, activists and ordinary citizens with a pro-Ukrainian stance. Detained residents of the town and captured servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are kept in the premises of the local department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the local court, which have been converted into torture chambers.
Constant threats from rashists and fears for their own lives and health force people to leave the town en masse to the territory controlled by Ukraine. It is officially prohibited, however, this issue is resolved with the help of bribes directly at enemy checkpoints. Sometimes the "payment" reaches five-seven thousand dollars. At the same time, most of the roads around the town and the shore of the Kakhovske Reservoir are mined.
It is also known that wounded rashists are placed in the local maternity hospital. Thereafter, it is planned to give them civilian clothes and involve them in the production of propaganda footages for the russian media outlets about "wounded civilians as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine".
