Allocation of Land for ATO Participants Will be Simplified

September 27, 2017
An appropriate draft has been endorsed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine a law which gives the right to amalgamated territorial communities to administer land of state property within its own territory will allow to solve social protection issues of ATO participants, in particular, to simplify the procedure on allocating land for ATO participants who are entitled to this in accordance with the law.

ATO participants will not have to waste time on additional appeals to office-holders in order to receive land plots stipulated by the law. Moreover, communities will have the opportunity to independently draw up corresponding documents quickly and efficiently.
