This was said by the representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Andrii Yusov to Suspilne while commenting propaganda attacks of muscovite’s defence ministry against Ukraine.

According to Andrii Yusov, the recent allegations of the aggressor state against Ukraine of an alleged attack on civilian infrastructure and threats to freeze the grain deal are russia’s false manipulation.

"Ukraine complies with international obligations, including fulfilling all obligations related to the grain corridor. The recent events in Crimea concerned only military facilities and are in no way related to the grain agreement, which provides for Ukrainian ports and civilian ports when it comes to the territory controlled by Ukraine," the representative of Ukraine’s military intelligence explained.
