I sincerely congratulate you on the International Day of United Nations Peacekeepers!

There is a holiday of those who carries a peace and keeps stability all over the world.

Over the past twenty four years, the Ukrainian peacekeepers made a significant contribution in the efforts of the United Nations concerning the maintaining international peace and security, have been confirming by their affairs a high status of state – cofounder of the United Nations.

Thanks to our warriors-peacekeepers, authority of Ukraine has formed as an authoritative player of a world system of an international security.

Thanks for service all those who accomplished and continues to accomplish noble mission of warriors-peacekeepers, ensuring peace and stability, participating in international peacekeeping operations. After obtaining a professional experience at the hot spots of our planet, nowadays, it has been of importance for counteracting to the Russian aggression more than ever.

Nowadays, each warrior in Ukraine has taken upon himself a mission of peacekeeper because we defend our land, freedom, democracy and European choice.

Low bow before the deed of those who sacrificed their lives for peace.

On the occasion of the holiday, I wish all warriors-peacekeepers a good health, happiness and new achievements in a patriotic cause of faithful service to Ukrainian people.
