Vinnytsia Combined Team on Thai Boxing under the Guidance of Reconnaissance Man Viktor Torkotiuk Has Successfully Performed at Championship of Ukraine
On September 5, 2019, the Public Affairs Service of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine informed <\a> that Viktor Torkotiuk, a soldier of the 130th separate reconnaissance battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a prize-winner of World Championship on Thai Boxing, was awarded at the intelligence agency of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.
Viktor is an extraordinary person, as evidenced by his difficult life path. In view of Viktor’s combat and sport achievements, his courage during performing missions on front, Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Colonel General Vasyl Burba made a decision to present Viktor award.
Having returned from front, Viktor Torkotiuk headed Vinnytsia Regional Federation on Thai Boxing and began training a regional team. In addition, Viktor along with other instructors conduct free-of-charge training for socially unprotected children and orphans.
Recently, combined team of Vinnytsia region has returned from the championship of Ukraine that conducted in Odesa. According to results of participation in the competitions, the team secured nine awards.
