“Military Chaplain - is a Sign of God’s Presence in Inhuman Circumstances”
One hundred military chaplains, who have repeatedly visited the ATO zone, are exchanging experience of serving and rendering assistance to servicemen and their relatives.
At the beginning of the congress the Head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church His Beatitude Sviatoslav during the sermon emphasized that we all “must show persistence in achieving our goal of securing and preserving a peaceful sky and peaceful way.”
“A military chaplain is a sign of God’s presence in inhuman circumstances. Our mission is to witness that God is with his people, as well as show Ukraine the road to peace!” - said the Head of the UGCC.
Today the UGCC has over 160 military chaplains. Since the beginning of the ATO, they have made about 600 rotations to the zone of hostilities.
