Recently, special tactical exercises and an educational training have been conducted with the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, during which a team of military instructors performed winter ascent on the two highest peaks of our country – Hoverla and Petros.

Warriors of a separate reconnaissance battalion as well as those from training centers of the Land Forces and Highly Mobile Airborne Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine participated in the event, which was held under the auspices of Lviv Regional Federation of Alpinism.

All scheduled events were successfully performed. Mountain training is to be continued for specified military units and subunits.
