Open Sources — Closed Targets: Participants of the International OSINT Hackathon Receive Their Tasks

The international OSINT hackathon, organized by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine to mark the War & Sanctions portal's first anniversary, is underway.

Hundreds of OSINT researchers worldwide have already received their assignments, which they have to submit by 8:00 PM (Kyiv time) on May 26.

Participants who submit their work by the deadline will receive certificates of participation. At the same time, Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov, Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, will recognize the most outstanding entries with special awards.

Submitted materials will contribute to the expansion and enhancement of the War & Sanctions analytical portal, which documents individuals and entities that support russia's war of aggression against Ukraine.

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine launched the War & Sanctions portal on June 1, 2024. Today, it includes tens of thousands of actors who fund, supply, enable, represents, or otherwise support russia's full-scale war on Ukraine.
