Veterans of military conflicts created the project "Cross Rubicon", first campaign of which was to render assistance to families of perished heroes of Russo-Ukrainian war because the issue of providing sanitizers, personal protective equipment, medicine, as well as foods is of importance amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

This project is maintained by the United Ukrainian American Relief Committee from Philadelphia city, Pennsylvania.
