russia's stocks of artillery shells have decreased up to 30%, the remains of missiles are almost exhausted, and the maximum of russian production is about 40 cruise missiles per month. All this forced moscow to abandon its ambitious plans to seize Kyiv and shift its efforts to an attempt to occupy the entire Luhansk and Donetsk regions. 

This was said by Kyrylo Budanov, Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, in an interview with Forbes, while summarizing the year of the war in Ukraine.

In particular, the head of Ukraine's military intelligence said that from the middle to the end of spring, decisive battles will take place, which will be a "turning point" in the war launched by russia against Ukraine.
