The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to establish the Sectoral State Archive of Military Intelligence for permanent storage of archival documents of the intelligence agency of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and other entities of the military intelligence system.

The functioning of the archive will be carried out within the expenditures provided for the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine in the state budget for the relevant year.

According to the resolution, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine together with the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine have to approve the Regulations on the Sectoral State Archive of the Military Intelligence within three months.
