Law on the Unified State Register of War Veterans and the Introduction of Electronic Certificates Came Into Effect in
Law of Ukraine no. 1954-IX “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Improving the Functioning of the Unified State Register of War Veterans and Introduction of Electronic Veteran’s Certificate” introduces electronic certificates, in particular, for war veterans, participants of combat actions, persons with disabled as a result of war, participants in war and the victims of the Revolution, as well as members of their families. The document was posted the day before on the website of the official newspaper of the Verkhovna Rada "Voice of Ukraine".
The electronic certificate can be used as an analogue of the relevant document in the form of a booklet. E-certificates are generated by the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services, in particular, through its mobile application.
