Maksym Benderov served in separate regiment of Special Forces and was a champion of Ukraine on pankration
Maksym was born in Oleksandriia Kirovohrad region. From the first class, he went in for different single combats; since 2006, he became a member of combined team of Kirovohrad region on pankration (it’s a system of combined single combats).
He had a black belt (1 dan) on pankration, he was a champion of Ukraine more than once and a champion among the personnel of military units and subunits of Special Forces of Ukraine, and he worked as a trainer at Oleksandriia sports club.
He was killed but he will always remain in memory of his sworn brothers, friends and relatives.
