The festivities started with a solemn ceremony of raising the State Flag of Ukraine and the National Anthem was performed. Then, Major General Viktor Nikoliuk, the Commander of the ‘North’ Operational Command, awarded the best servicemen with awards, diplomas and commendation letters, and congratulated the personnel on the 7th anniversary of the creation of the Operational Command and the Day of Unity.
