The ruscists have announced on conducting ‘inspection of objects of solar power generation facilities’ in the occupied areas of Kherson region. If the owners of the property do not appear within the specified time to prove their ownership, the property will be "nationalized" (stolen) and will be transferred to the fake company “Khersonoblenergo”, created by the occupiers. Later, the property is planned to be taken to the territory of russia.
The so-called “evacuation” of the Ukrainian citizens of Kherson region from the right-bank part of Dnipro River is underway. In order to encourage people to move, they are offered the so-called "housing certificates" for the purchase of housing in the russian federation.
Within the "evacuation", the local residents are forcibly evicted from apartments and houses. russian soldiers, dressed in civilian clothes, are moved into the vacated apartments. Cars are taken out from the locals for using by the occupying forces.
Children were taken from boarding schools in Kherson to the territory of Crimea. For today, the children are housed in one of the psychiatric hospitals of Simferopol. Prisoners of the Kherson colony were also transported to the territory of Crimea.
Local residents are warned that all moorings (even small rural ones) must be empty. If any floating equipments are found, they will either be destroyed or confiscated.
Over the past few weeks, collaborators and representatives of the occupation administration have been resettled in boarding houses located on Arabat Spit. Owners of recreation centers are forced to resettle "displaced persons". In addition, the russian servicemen are searching for vacant premises to resettle.
Currently, the russian servicemen are actively using the road through Arabat Spit between Crimea and Kherson region. Until February 24, this road was not used, as it was dug up and had ditches. After the onset of the armed aggression, the engineering units of the russian armed forces restored the dirt road and transport links. This made possible to reduce the route from the occupied Crimea to Kherson region, and subsequently to Donetsk region by approximately in 120 km.
