At around 10:00 p.m. on July 28, there was a lot of noise in Kazacha Bay in the temporarily occupied Crimea. Witnesses heard two explosions and the sounds of further detonation of ammunition. Several ambulances and police cars arrived at the scene.

The 810th separate Marines brigade of the occupiers is stationed in the area of Kazacha Bay. It is known that the explosions and detonation as a result of sabotage took place at a russian "temporary ammunition depot".
