As “Ukrinform” informs, more than fifty photos are exhibited – stories and moments from lives of the artillery reconnaissance men in 2014-2017.
“Each work is something we can share from that we saw and felt there, at magical hills among hell. Fiery nights were replaced by golden dawns. The battles were replaced by thunderstorms. The songs of war mingled with cries of birds of prey over the steppe. A sudden downpour washed away the fresh blood and left a rainbow over the place of death of a warrior. This combination of beauty and pain is forever left in the mind. Hundreds of times we greeted the sun and said goodbye to it, walking in the snow fog. A hot haze or a dark, cloudy night that absorbs everything, reviving only flashes of gunfire,” Olena Khudiakova said.
