Lessons of hybrid warfare

A lecture on “Lessons of Russia’s “hybrid warfare” against Ukraine” took place at Zhytomyr Military Institute named after Serhii Koroliov
The lecture was delivered for the teachers and cadets of the military institute by a Candidate of Military Science, associate professor, Lieutenant General Retired Yurii Radkovets.
Analysis and assessments of Russian aggression against Ukraine as well as practical proposals of experts and veterans of military intelligence on how to make use of the lessons learned from the “hybrid warfare” in security and defence sectors of Ukraine were used in preparation for the lecture.
In the course of the event, the issue of creating a state information security system which would be effective in counteracting external information influence was discussed, as the institute’s alumni will use it in practice in their professional life.
