Government Lifted Restrictions on Land Allocation to ATO Participants

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine elaborated on the State Strategy regarding the allocation of land for ATO participants
According to the resolution “On amendments to the Strategy on improving the management mechanism in the sphere of usage and protection of agricultural land of state property and its administration” participants of the anti-terrorist operation are given priority in the provision of land plots regardless of land plot area, the tenant-rights on which was sold. The resolution will be put into effect after its publication.
