Government of Ukraine approves Concept of Targeted State Program on physical, medical, psychological rehabilitation and social re-adaptation for ATO participants
On 12th July 2017, the Government of Ukraine approved the Concept of Targeted State Program for physical, medical, psychological rehabilitation and social re-adaptation of ATO participants for the period of up to 2022.
Adoption of this Concept will ensure:
the establishment of a rehabilitation system for ATO participants that will allow to provide services to more than 350 thousand persons, namely: monitor their physical and psychological state, adaptation to public processes, inter alia, job placement and employment, as well as responding to their needs;
the improvement of state rehabilitation and social standards in view of leading global experience;
the establishment of a transparent accounting system and a system to rate the quality of rehabilitation services rendered to ATO participants, that will allow the effective management of budgetary funds.
