Ukrainians have the opportunity to make coldproof, to prepare for winter and reduce pay for utilities funded through the government program for energy efficiency, so-called “warm” credits. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman said about it during his speech at the Ukrainian Energy Forum.

“For two years, the program has developed. This year funding was multiple by three – 700 million hryvnias. It means that another 300 thousand Ukrainian families can receive from the state resources to conduct thermal modernization of their houses, and, thus, save their own resources which they earlier spent on buying heat produced from the Russian gas”, –Head of Ukrainian government said.
