russia’s ‘yamal’ Large-Sized Landing Warship Was Destroyed – Details of Damage
On March 23, 2024, in the temporarily occupied Crimea, the black sea fleet of the aggressor state of russia was successfully attacked.
In particular, the 13th shipyard of the russian black sea fleet (located in Sevastopol) was hit, where, among other things, the enemy’s ‘yamal’ large-sized landing warship was moored.
According to Ukraine’s military intelligence, the ‘yamal’ warship suffered critical damage: a hole in the upper deck caused it to roll to the starboard side.
The invaders are continuously pumping water from the damaged warship. The warship took part in the occupation of Crimea. It was undergoing repairs from 2017 to 2023.
Other details about the aggressors’ losses as a result of a missile attack by the Ukrainian Security and Defence Forces against terrorist russian military facilities are being clarified.
