Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Kyiv Patriarchy invites to take part in the events on the occasion of the anniversary of Christianization of Kievan Rus

A relevant announcement is posted on the official web-site of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Kyiv Patriarchy
On July 27–28, 2017, the Ukrainian Church will celebrate an anniversary of Christianization of Kievan Rus-Ukraine. On this occasion, the ceremonial services will be held in St. Volodymyr’s Cathedral (Kyiv, Taras Shevchenko Ave., 20), as follows:
on July 27, at 17.00 p. m. – all-night vigil;
on July 28, at 9:30 a. m. – Divine Liturgy. After the completion of liturgy (about 12:00), a Cross Procession will be taken place from St. Volodymyr’s Cathedral in the direction to the monument in honor of St. Volodymyr the Great.
Holiness Filaret Patriarch of Kyiv and All Rus-Ukraine will head church services.
