In order to honour the bright memory, civic courage and devotion, strength of spirit, resilience and heroic feats of servicemen, killed while performing combat missions to protect the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, civilians, killed as a result of the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine, it has been established:

To initiate a nationwide minute of national silence at 9.00 a.m. to commemorate compatriots, killed as a result of the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine, which should be announced in all media, regardless of ownership.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, regional, Kyiv city state administrations have to ensure a national minute of silence, including in educational institutions.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to ensure that foreign diplomatic missions of Ukraine hold a national minute of silence for compatriots killed as a result of the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine daily at 9.00 a.m. by local time.
