Leadership of the educational institution gives a significant attention to establish partnership relations with the international organizations in order to train highly professional officers who are able to ensure high level of fighting efficiency of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

On May 21-23, 2019, within the framework of the NATO programme “Defence Education Enhancement Programme” the international seminar “Military Leadership” was held at the Institute with the participation of the Alliance experts in order to work out the programme of course leadership in accordance with the NATO standards.

The main purpose of the seminar was to exchange views on basic of military leadership, team working, decision-making process in crisis conditions, application of norm of international humanitarian law, the issues of ethics and leadership, solution of particular problem situations.
